Today - February 2

2nd of February.

This day is celebrated as the Groundhog Day. The largest Groundhog Day celebration is held in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania which started around 1886-87. The story goes like this, if a groundhog emerging from its burrow on this day fails to see its shadow, it will leave the burrow and signifies that winter will soon end. But if it sees its shadow, it will retreat to its burrow and winter will continue for six more weeks.

I am praying that today one will come out in Jammu and Kashmir and will not be able to see its shadow. Winter, go away early this time!

Jai Gurudev!
Love!
