January 11. Quite an eventful day!
In 1878 Milk was first delivered in bottles for the people. I wonder before that if everyone had their own cattle!
Also in 1922 first time insulin to treat diabetes in a human patient was used. Since then all forms of diabetes have been treatable as insulin became medically available, but a cure is difficult. So better watch out for your diet and keep a look on your health.
Exactly after fifty years from then in 1972 Bangladesh got its current name which was earlier known as East Pakistan.
And for all the fans of one of the most famous recent magical characters (in a good sense and as well as bad) this was the day! Because after a long long wait finally in 2007 JK Rowling completed the 7th novel in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. So it was anyways good. But it was bad because that was the end of the road for Harry Potter. Or is it? Is there a rumor saying … ;-)
Jai Gurudev!
Love!
